2. 标书售价为： 5000 元人民币 ，标书售后不退；国内邮购需另加人民币 50 元，港澳台地区及国外邮购需另加美元 30 元。

Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of RMB5000 . For mail order, RMB 50 (domestic) or USD 30 (abroad and in Hongkong, Taiwan, Macao) should be added for express mail service.

3. 购买标书的时间： 2017 年 5 月 19 日 起至 2017 年 5 月 26 日 ，每天 8:30 － 11:30 ， 13:30 － 17:00 （北京时间，节假日除外）。不购买招标文件的不得参加投标。
