简要规则描述： 本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选取一家专业的供应商提供2026年平安设施维护服务，针对上钢新村街道十八个已过质保期及两个质保即将到期项目内监控、鹰眼及引导屏进行维保，包括监控点位共1869个，高空鹰眼10个，上云点位82个，小区监控室14个，停车引导屏4块，车位显示屏4块，IP网络音柱6套，广播系统1套。要求可以及时、准确的排查及处理设备运营期间的各类故障，确保街区****行稳定。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: This project intends to select a professional supplier through competitive negotiation to provide maintenance services for the security facilities in **** The maintenance work will cover the monitoring, eagle eye system and guidance screens in 18 projects within the Xiangshan New Village Street that have exceeded the warranty period and 2 projects whose warranties are about to expire. This includes a total of 1,869 monitoring points, 10 high-altitude eagle eyes, 82 cloud points, 14 community monitoring rooms, 4 parking guidance screens, 4 parking display screens, 6 IP network speakers and 1 broadcasting system. It is required that the supplier can promptly and accurately identify and handle all kinds of faults during the operation of the equipment, ensuring the stable operation of the security facilities in the area. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the procurement requirements document.)
