(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:
Promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and promote the employment of persons with disabilities. Implementation shall be in accordance with the Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises through Government Procurement (Cai Ku [2020] No. 46) and the Notice on Further Increasing Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises through Government Procurement (No. 19 [2022]).

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:
It shall possess a third-level or higher qualification certificate for general contracting of architectural engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction, and the proposed project manager shall have a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification for architectural engineering. This project is specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises.
