3 、 * 投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder ：

1) 遵守国家法律、法令和条例 ， 在中华人民共和国境内登记注册的 ， 具有独立法人资格的企业 ， 提交营业执照复印件 ； 境外投标人须提供有效的企业登记证明材料 ；

1) The bidder registered in the People's Republic of China shall provide a copy of the business license; Overseas bidders shall provide valid enterprise registration documents

2) 投标人 须具有叶尖间隙传感器产品或技术服务类似项目经验，须提供合同复印件（需体现项目内容及合同双方盖章页等关键信息） ；

2) The bidder must possess experience in similar projects involving blade tip clearance sensor products or technical services, and must provide a copy of the contract (including key information such as project content and the signed pages by both contracting parties) ;

3 ） 投标人应为制造商或代理商 ； 如为传感器的代理商 ， 则应取得传感器制造商相应制造商授权 ；

3) Bidders should be manufacturers or agents; If you are an agent of the sensor, you should obtain the corresponding manufacturer authorization from the sensor manufacturer ;

4 ）境内投标人提供中国****号的说明文件原件或复印件；

4) The domestic bidder shall provide a copy of the bank account opening license issued by the people's bank of China . Or the copy of the explanatory document with the basic account number issued by the bank that opens the basic account ; .

5 ）投标人须提供其开户银行在开标前三个月内开具的资信证明，其中境内的投标人提供由其开立基本账户的银行开具的资信证明，如资信证明中明确注明复印无效的，则必须出具该资信证明原件；

5) Bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening. Domestic bidders must provide a credit certificate issued by the bank where they opened their basic account. If the credit certificate clearly states that a copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided;
