Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To enhance laboratory operational efficiency and safety assurance, this project aims to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide environmental protection-related laboratory consumables and supporting services for the Environmental Monitoring Station of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. These services include, but are not limited to, material procurement, warehousing management, logistics distribution, and after-sales services (for specific details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document)
合同履约期限： 合同签订之日起至****。货品交货期：易耗品类于订单下达之日3个工作日内交货；需进行预订的通用仪器或备品备件等，于订单下达之日起2周内交货,对于采购人:****（易制毒、易制爆除外）和药品应留有一定量的库存已备紧急时及时供货。
The Contract Period: From the date of contract signing until December 31, **** Delivery time of goods: Consumables shall be delivered within 3 working days from the date of order placement; General instruments or spare parts that require booking shall be delivered within 2 weeks from the date of order placement. For commonly used chemical reagents (excluding those that can easily produce drugs or explosives) and drugs used by the purchaser, a certain amount of inventory shall be reserved for timely supply in case of emergency.
